Refund policy

1.           Returns, Right of Withdrawal, and Return Shipments

1.1      ERDIG Living Soils AG grants customers in Switzerland a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Returns are accepted only for unused, complete products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Excluded from return are sealed hygiene or safety items whose seal has been removed (e.g., cleaning or disinfection kits for extractors, organic substrates, starter cultures).

1.2      Customers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Information on the right of withdrawal, deadlines, and the withdrawal form is provided during the ordering process and in the order confirmation.

In the event of withdrawal, ERDIG Living Soils AG will refund all payments no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. Exceptions apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, as well as other statutory exceptions.

1.3      For online orders, return instructions are provided in the online shop and in the order confirmation. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order unless otherwise agreed. We may claim compensation for any loss in value if the goods were used beyond what is necessary to verify their condition. Returns sent without prior consultation may delay processing.
